The Philips Avent DECT SCD570/10 is a nice quality monitor that has great sound clarity, a longer battery life, and a respectable range that most parents would be happy with. This monitor has some nice features parents will love like two-way talk to baby, a remote nightlight, and lullaby. It comes with a handy lanyard and mic sensitivity adjustment to help keep the monitor quiet. On the downside, this unit is the most expensive option we tested and some parents may find the features harder to set and use than simpler options. The DECT SCD570/10 also lacks sound activation a feature we think is important for light sleepers. Depending on your goals and needs, however, we think it is a good option for parents looking for a higher-end product with great sound.
