Fisher-Price Surround Lights and Sounds Review
The Skinny
Our Analysis and Test Results
We tested the Fisher Price Surround Lights & Sounds monitor with dual receivers for $40. This monitor is also available with a single receiver for $27. Nice looking and available at an attractive price, this monitor was one of the worst performing in our review.
While this monitor has a claimed range of 500 feet, it had one of the worst range performances of any monitor we tested. We found it worked up to 325 feet in our open field test, but only worked in the room next door in our indoor test.
Sound clarity was poor, and the monitor is bare-bones in terms of features.
Our advice: don't waste your time on this monitor.Honest, objective reviews. Led by a Pediatrician.
