This recall involves Bullseye's Playground toy vehicles sold individually and as an 8-pack assortment. The toys include a caboose, Santa sleigh, ice cream truck, train, police car, fire truck, taxi, and digger. The item number, model number, and UPC are located on a sticker on the bottom side of the toy. The recalled items include:

Concern/Hazard


The wheels on the wooden vehicles can become detached and fall off posing a choking hazard risk to younger children.

Confirmed Incidents


There have been 4 incidents of the wheels falling off including a missing wheel when a new toy with no injuries reported.

Remedy


Consumers should take all of the recalled wooden toys away from children immediately and return them to a Target store for a refund.
