EMF

Definition from BabyGearLab's Dictionary of Terms

Electromagnetic field (EMF) is a field of force that consists of both electric and magnetic components, resulting from the motion of an electric charge and containing electromagnetic energy.

Some studies show that exposure to certain levels of EMF can cause damage to human tissue. How much EMF is dangerous is still in debate, but preliminary studies indicate it is best to avoid or limit EMF whenever possible.
