Our Analysis

Made with 100% certified organic and GMO/pesticide-free ingredients, nursing mothers rave about Motherlove's Nipple Cream because it soothes irritated and dry nipples with results. And, it softens quickly and rubs on easily. Since all ingredients are safe for baby's ingestion (it does not contain lanolin or vitamin E), it doesn't have to be washed off before nursing. Though this nipple cream does contain beeswax, it is not honey. Honey is not safe for ingestion in infants <12 months due to the concern for botulism. Nonetheless, Motherlove heats their Nipple Cream to 175F when being produced to eliminate the possibility of exposure.

Remember, because this is a natural product, it can tend to become rancid quickly. We recommend keeping it in the refrigerator to prolong shelf life.

100% Certified Organic Ingredients — Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Beeswax, Shea Butter, Marshmallow Root, Calendula Flower

If you love this nipple cream, be sure to try Motherlove Diaper Balm, which is cloth diaper safe.
